Problem
“What could be an added value service offered during the last-meter?

Insight
Bad timeslots, inconvinient, time consuming and logistically lucrative.

 

Solution
“Future Delivery Flow”, a service that optimises the last-mile delivery process to be a simple process for all. We decided to focus on the delivery experience so that it is available for everyone at anytime. A solution that collaborates between two services, Public Transport and Delivery. This solution would create a smoother process and more accessible for everyone outside the inner city with this circular flow.

This app explains this service and how the automisation for package delivery/pickup works for the end user.

Different steps

The solution is in depth more complicated as presented to the right however. The solution involved the transfer stations inside and outside the inner city. These would be an efficient place to deliver packages to each individual.

Collected feedback, prototyped the solution, storage and collected our key insight from our research.
